What prof or combination is the best if i dont want to wait in line and pay a lot to buffbots? i know Doctor/TKM, but something more creative may exist... that may have a chance even unbuffed (or with some food) please think hard :)

Ranger and whatever combat prof you prefer. I've only buffed once in four months of play and seldom wear armor. Ran right by some nasties on Yavin last night and they didn't even flinch.
Two words: rifle man! Just take some brandy and hide in the bushes and spam the mind shots. A rifleman/ranger is even better since you can conceal yourself from the MOBs and then spam mind shots until the quenkers come home. I have never done this template myself but I hear many good things.
I am building a ranger/smuggler now (a wierd combo, I know) with a little TK mixed in. I am hopeful that there will one day be content for smugglers.

Four words....Creature handler (and) Anything else.
Rifleman would be good.
I'm a CH and I've buffed about 4 times since LIVE. Meat shields can usually tank for you if you learn how to let them draw aggro/reaggro mobs that attack you.
I've done bull/enraged rancors solo unbuffed with a pikeman/CH template. Can do just about anything except really high level content (DBW/Corvette/Krayts/Nightsisters/Jedi) unbuffed with this.
One word of caution, ok, more than one (hehehe): CH is worthless if you plan to PvP. Pets go down entirely too fast and lose vitality permanently. Even level 70 pets last less than a minute with DoTs, etc.

I am 1/2/1/3 CH, Master scout, novice ranger, and 1/0/0/0 pistoleer. I've only been around about 6 weeks, and if you like hunting animals, this is a very good combo. Like the one person said, CH in PvP = not good combo.
I like to log in, and get to hunting, and building my character right away, and hate wasting money and time on getting buffs. If you like to solo, or duo, this is a combo that makes you fairly self sufficient, and also makes you a contributor to the success of the group, when you are not solo. I have a combat droid I use alongside my pet, to help take things out faster, so actually I'm not truly solo...I have "Gunner" and "Meepmeep" helping me with the fights, when I am alone.
There's nothing like being able to setup a camp, deep in the middle of nowhere, that is safe from vicious animals attacks, where you can heal up after a nasty bit of fighting. You can make traps, food, supplies, while you are getting healthy again too, to make good use of the down time. Anyhow, this is what
I am currently at, to give you an idea. This is a decently offensive, yet very self sufficient combo (artisan 1/x/x/x lets me make my own droid batteries out in the field), that has allowed me to hunt solo, and unbuffed. Hope this info helps.

My problem is, I'm a MDoctor/rifleman. Although Rifleman much more effective than pistoleer or carbineer, still not good. I'M thinking about commando, but for that i have to drop Doctor, so no more selfbuffing (i started the whole thing to avoid buffbots.), but some foog can help.
Ranger i've tried, hiding and sniping good fun for a while, but for higher MOBs takes a lot time. CH is a good idea I might try (actually I suspended myself until revamp, but holiday season...)
I coul also drop all my pride (ranged shold rule, etc.etc.) and go for melee. Maybe a full melee char can do normal grind unbuffed and needs to buff only for NS/Corvette/Krayt runs. I hope so, cause there are ppl bragging about their soloings...
