that depends on the level of your skills...

I've found running imp missions on Dantooine quite effective. And the new quests have much better fp rewards too.

The Prefect Talmot missions in bestine give good faction pts. Located in the city hall building. Just speak with Talmot's secretary in the room on the left of the entrance he'll give 3 missions then on to talmot who gives 5 or 6. No good item rewards but good FP and credits.
