every time i have tried to log onto an account, it says that authentication has failed, no matter how many times i check my info to see if its right, please help.

Okay I'm not exactly how I can help with this but here goes...
I had this problem as well and it wasn't from initially activating my account, it was just like once in a blue moon type of thing. Basically I just stopped trying for a day or two and when I came back it worked. It could be a problem with the connection, check to make sure everything is plugged in right and that you don't have firewall enabled on your router (if applicable) also check to make sure all your settings are right. If everything checks out okay then make a call to EQOA and just ask them because it could be something on their end thats causing the problem. =)

You can always try and delete the network configuration...the disk that came with the network adapter...and reload it with the information again...for some reason this works...my guess would be that it just doesnt recognize the codes sometimes....such is the mystery of computers to me..lol good luck
