Where are the rebel mission terminals/recruioters now? Have they been removed temporarily as part of the crackdown or are some still in the game?

The recruiter and terminals in anchorhead are now in the basement. you go into the cantina and walk through to the otehr side and down some stairs. Watch out I was there yesterday and the place is swarming with imps ordeing rebs around
