How to make Screenshots :: World of Warcraft

Ok now i got a very hard question, that probably only hardcore players can answer.
I wanna know how to make screenshots. do i need an extra program to do this, cause i used the command in game to make screenshots but it didnt work.
help.

i just push Print Screen then it goes in my C: drive/programfiles/swg folder

Also...

press CONTROL-SHIFT-H before doing PrintScreen to clear up all the onscreen garbage (HAM bars, chat window, etc.)

[Control-Shift-H toggles on/off]
