Swordsman or Carbineer? :: World of Warcraft

Its been really hard to decide wich to be, either Swordsman or Carbineer.....I really need you guys to tell me which would be the best for a wookie.

Well myself If I were to choose between the 2, I would go for Swordsman, just because wookiees get the stat bonuses that would benifit a melee class and not ranged especially Carbineer. If you want to be a decent melee fighter, go with Master Brawler/ Master Swordsman, so you get the warcry 2, which will really help out. Especially since wookiees get a bonus to it anyways.

I personally dont like carbines, so I wouldnt bother with it. Its just up to you, try it and if you dont like it drop it...

Out of the brawler tree I Mastered TKM, Fencer, and Brawler. Never went further in swordsman but I was putting down huge damage as brawler in this field so I would have to assume that master swordsman will be comparable to TKA and fencer and they both kicked ***** Never been a carbineer but I hear people complain that they are not as strong as you might expect. I can't tell you for sure but Melee characters are deadly.

If you are going pvp you might go carbineer up to knockdown shot and take a elite brawler proffessino. That way you can knock em down from a distance run in and beat them senseless on the the groud.

I'm working up a Master Carbineer/Master Fencer for the Ranged Defense mods. I chose these somewhat buggy professions due to the fact that once they get balanced (among the other broken classes) they will be good. HAM costs and a few broken moves can make Carbineer a hassle to train and master, but i'm enjoying it. Fencer's lack of a specific knockdown move has me nervous, but i'm hoping the class has some fairly powerful specials to outweigh that :)

Well with fencer you get some real kick a$$ defenses and dodge... so that may make up for it...
