smuggler questionsFollow

1.) i was wondering why master smugglers always get 30%-40% slices on all weps and armor while people who finished the slicing skill tree still only get like 15%-20% increases

2.) i was also wondering what the underworld skill tree is for because it doesnt do anything accept add 100% to all languages which i already know

1. your numbers on wrong for what a slicer can do. AT slicing 4 you can get from 10-30 %. at master it is like 10-35%, but i think the higher end is more common at master
