practise itemsFollow

OK i realise how naive a question this is (i detest the word noob, but there we are), however i need to ask:

if i create a practise item with my crafting gear, for the purpose of grinding say, do i actually use the resources for real? That is, do i actually create the item?

This would save a lot of money when grinding wind generators which eat up metal (i cannot seem to harvest enough).

ok, well yes you do "use up" the resource when practising but u do NOT end up with an item... if u can understand that. Instead you gain 10% more xp than u would just "creating" an item...

e.g. say something gave you 200xp when creating the item, u gain the item plus 200xp made
when practising you would gain no item but wuld get 220xp

unless it changed in publish 6, it's only 5%, but yah, that's the right way to go.

If you're grinding anything other than architect, just practice unless you're trying actually in need an item you're making.

I say that because a novice arch with houses 3 can pump out large houses and get paid. Resources and decay are of no consequence because you still get a house when you're done.
