Well, seeing that you can buy a bio-engineered CL 70 pet that will be FAR in advance of these things, and spend around 200k or so, they aren't worth that much.

The specials on command aren't very useful since they reduced area bleed to a -1 bleed after too many people complained that it was "too powerful". All it does is to keep aggro on the pet, which has SOME use I grant you, but not very useful as a special.
