Login problemsFollow

hi all, can anyone please help me with this. because sony itself only replies with auto-mails! here is the problem:
i've been playing for 3 months already (payed for 6months). and suddenly it doesnt remember my login/pasword anymore. i cant login to the game nor the account information. i tried to reset my pasword but didnt receive a mail about this. when i tried to make a NEW account with the same login name, it says it already excist!! what is going on ?? i want to be able to play again! please reply
