Marksman Attribute Scores Higher? can Attribute Increase?Follow

I was looking through the character races on this website, and it appears that across the board the Marksman start 100 pts higher in there atributes. Is this true or is this a typo. If it is true that Marksman start with a higher number of atribute points, why doesn't every one start as a marksman, and then say if they want to be an artisan buy a general crafting device.

Secondly are attribute scores effected by professions you later take. I havn't noticed any attribute modifiers listed when I have taken a new profession.

Finally is there a way to increase your atribut scores other then just moving the points back and forth between the attributes.
