Not exactly sure what your question is, but a couple of weeks ago I had the best buffs ive ever had. Most of the time ive got buffs the buffer will hit stats between 1400 and 3000, with most hitting in the uper teens and low 20's. This particular time the buffer was advertising to buff for full set for 10k. (average price for bria)I couldnt believe it when he hit 5 outta 6 stats over 3k. Highest I think was 3320 which was action. The 6th buff stat hit for 2700. It was a buffing session like ive never had before. I didnt realize how good it was at the time because I had only been buffed a few times before. But after many many times being buffed since then, I can come to appreciate how good they really were.

BTW, doctors name was Eatek if i can remember the spelling right.
I suggest you look him up for all ur buff needs on bria, cause evidently he uses some really good resources to make his enhancement packs. Of course its always random. But i gotta give props where its due..WTG Eatek!!

MHA those buffs are utterly amazing! To get buffs like that you would need near perfect buff packs and I imagine the doctor must be wearing skill enhanced clothing on top of that.

Enhance pack D's are what we all use and they are rated for the enhance rating, the duration and the skill use required. Most good packs are experimented down to med use 90 and a really good buff lasts for around 3 hours and have a stated value of around 900-950(out of 1000). Using these as a Master Doc with no skill enhancements and a 110 med use droid (gives 110% of the med effectiveness of a camp or hospital) I can buff up to about 2900 but they are rare. Sadly I can also pull out the odd buff of around 1000 which sucks and gets a refund.

Yeah, the randomness of the buffs are a little confusing. Even if you factory make all the components then factory make the packs, they still randomize the effects when used.

Same thing with Artisan & Architect on their components. Even the factory made ones give different results when completing items. Doesn't make much sense to me.
