Information on ModsFollow

I have no clue how to search the forums, so I will ask here.

I am working my way up the Bio-Engineer tree and I am looking for a mod that will allow my mind and action to regen faster.

Im not trying to be lazy, but by the time I get to the 4th DNA sample Im done. I have my stats migrated to balance across the HAM.

More doesn't necessarily work better for me as all I can see having more do will increase my downtime.

I am also asking this because of the mess it makes when I am down near the end of my A/M and the mob aggroes.

Ive died in some of the "sweet spots" that BE's are told to go. More than once. I am wondering if there isnt a better way.

Is there a device that can be added to an undershirt or belt that will increase the regen rate? If so, who, what, where, when, and how?

Why is because I need it!!
