whats the easiest way to do this? No one needs to be taught any skills and its starting to drive me insane. Ne suggestions or where to go, or the best way to do it?

Thanks in advance :)

Depends on what your skils are...

1. Truely teach a newbie
If you have scout, an easy way is to grab a novice scout and group him... as newbie as possible. take him/her hunting with you... big game (preferably non aggressive), like tortors, MK... get him to throw traps once the creature has aggro on you, and let him harvest the dead creature. The exp will FLY since the level of the creatures are so high (and these exp's are based on creature level not player contribution to its death), and you'll be able to get your app points while helping a newbie advance as well. (you'll be training him in exploration, hunting, and trap use, and you should be able to get him up to 4-4-4-0 scout in no time at all).
If you've got a buddy willing to grind with you that has these skills available, u can get him to train/ sunder at the low end for the best app point turn around. You could also offer to "$$ hire $$" your newbie friend to do this train... grind/sunder/train/repeat a few times at the low end instead of taking the leveling for slightly faster app point turnaround.

2. Buy it
If you have a artisan, you can often PAY other artisans for their extra gen crafting exp (or find a friend to do)... find a weaponsmith and train him repeatedly in domestic arts1, or a tailor in engineering1 for example... Gen crafting exp stores in large amounts, and often there is an alternate colemn from the one(s) being held which can be trained repeadidly in a low end skill (i gave my friend over 1000 app points this way once). Survey4 can also be retrained 2x from the available additional exp when maxed, and it goes for 50app a pop. This works only with those artisans who haven't mastered of course.

3. Find a friend
You can also buddy up with other people of the same class as you looking to finish off their app points to achieve master. Most every skill holds 2x the training requirement in excess (after the skill is trained), so if you find a buddy who also has extra experiance and needs app points you can sunder/ let him retrain you, then he can sunder/ let you retrain him...
sometimes you can find people auc'ing to do this for money also (with their extra saved exp).
