has CSRs actually helped anyone?Follow

i have p[layed this game since day 2. i have 3 accounts. so i put a little more money than the average player in the giant SOE pocket. i have never cheated or took advantage of an exploit. i have had a recent experience with CSRs that has really made me bitter towards this game. i had looted a petrified avian egg after months of killing force mystics. this is the first thing of any value of have ever looted on this game. with the exception of skill tapes back when they let us get some loot other than 100 credits here and there. one day my egg was missing. i sent a CSR ticket. they responded and told me that i had deleted the item and they could not replace it because they could not prove wether the deletion was accidental or voluntary. what does that mean? i added a comment saying if it was voluntary, why would i want it back. i got another response identicle to the first. when i asked for them to clear this up for me, i got the greatest response of them all. CSRAndy told me that i had been refused the item 2 times and that was it. they considered my case closed and not to write any more tickets about it. wow. how awesome. is it in the CSR job description to just get as many people as possible to despise this game and SOE? if so they are doing a great job. anyone else have any CSR horror stories?

Problem is for every real problem that is brought up. A thousand bogus tickets come up. So you have to take in accout that the CSR's are jaded to the plea's of people in need. So you can really just figure out that you have no help from SoE and that most CSR's are complete jerks. Until they prove me wrong and fix greiviences that still exist I feel that they are not good at "CUSTOMER SERVICE" they just represent SoE.
