no, only health, action and mind can give you incap. the secondary stats won't.

I dont think the negative effects itself will incap you. I just recently found the whole spice thing and started using them. My gold faded without me realizing it and I incaped myself from using specials while i was getting over the effects. Im not sure if this can be done without using any spice/foods, But it can def happen if you use too many specials during the negative effects.

Yes, it will incap you. Using a special will no longer incap you from what i've read. I was using Muon doing some ID stuff and when it ran out so did i.
*edit* however that was ONLY because i had like 400 mind and muon buffs you ~500 then does the exact opposite when your on the downer, so that is why i was incapped... it took more than i had to give

Yes, it incaps you since it buffs 500 on the primary and both secondaries. Once you hit the downer, you lose 500 mind and if you either have less than that normally or are currently reduced below 500 due to being in combat, then its lie down and rest time..)

oh yes it incaps...i just got through killing a bunch of humumbas (who really did a number on my mind...) \went over to the camp we had set up hit the downer, and there i layed in the middle of the campfire for about 90 secs or until the downer wore off whatever came first..LOL!! pretty funny site!
Don't fear the spice. Like armor in a bottle. Oh yea theres always the yaking later on but every rose got its thorn. Nothing playing dead can't handle.

If any Of ur HAM bars (the red thingy, the Green and the Blue) go empty, ur Incomp.
Your Health and Action (Red and Green) goes down from Attack or one of ur specials and mind can be affected by bleed, dicease or your Specials.
