That is the server slowdown issue we've been having. There are too many FFXI users on the site now. Hopefully the new servers will prevent that.

This board has fewer flamers than hodstock.com or the 'offical' EQOA boards. And for that I am thankful.

I knew there was some kind of problem with this site. If you go to the message boards for FFXI there are always a ton of people on there. Right now on the EQOA section of this site it lists Recent vistors: 8, on the FFXI section of this site, Recent vistors 271.
As far as the statement about flaming on the other sites, yes this is the best site I've seen when it comes to not too much flaming, that's why I always get a little nervous when I see some people starting it.
