Dude, Highpass Hold IS Highpass Keep. Highpass is Highpass. The person you're looking for is Tlaya Montrar (Spelling?). She is in the tower by the bank, she will have a pet with her.
Highpass keep is in Highpass hold (zone). If you have the coach, your there. GL
