Druid Port questionFollow

k, silly question. I was doin my 30 drd quest, and a walkthru I was using said at a part of it that I should port to jaggedpine to cut down on time. I dont have any port spells , have seen none at spell merchants, or in cm's. But I know of drd's ability to port. did they nerf this ability or somethin, or am i simply missing something? Any assistance you guys caould give would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, ALL the drd ports come from quests.
