Need to make a change to the LandspeederFollow

Is it just me, or does anybody else think two people should be able to ride in a landspeeder? Please reply to my posting with your opinion.

i agree...there is plently of room for 2 ppl in da speeder...same for bike and swoop..though definately for da speeder

definately. owner should default to driver and a group member would be allowed to sit in passanger seat. i dont see how this would be difficult to do. im sure they will
When they first got released I noticed the second seat and had a guild member try to get in. I was pissed off that he couldn't as it would have made the vehicles that extra tiny bit amazing. Heck maybe even let the passenger shoot at enemies since they are not driving and it is a open concept type vehicle.
Yeah, riding shotgun would be awesome :) Would be a bit unfair for PVE but certainly would be cool in PVP, cops and robbers type car chases going on, shooting over the back seat at folks chasing you.

I don't think theyr would allow that, because then you get the whole "kiting" problem.

This was also my first reaction, the speeder seems to scream give me a passenger. Giving the passenger the ability to shoot might be pushing it a little in the same request ;) but hopefully this will all be possible soon.
More transport with more options and later upgrades for the transports guns n stuff :) Then 4 seaters then buses for day trips to the hills ;)
As the man said "Taxi" allow us to design patterns on them and wait to see how long it takes for a yellow cab to turn up :)

Customizing your vehicle is supposed to be included in the next monthly patch! Same way you customize driods it seems, Master Artisan will make the kits which can be used by anyone to change the colour of the vehicle.
On the kiting problem. I agreed in my earlier post that it would be unfair in PVE but should work fine in PVP. The landspeeder is the slowest vehicle so the only advantage I can see is if you are fighting someone who deosn't own a vehicle and therefore could possibly be kited with it. But then people aren't so silly as to be lulled into being kited and can always use other tactics to avoid it. Running into buildings or just staying put, which would allow you to track the vehicle and shoot at it as soon as its in range again ie: nil kite going on.
Of course there should be no armour benefit for being in the vehicle, you should be allowed to target the player and do damage to them, no have to get through the vehicle armour first to do so.

Lol I still kite things I just have to pause for dismount/mount, causing fights between all the NPCs sentient and non., my own little private galatic war.
