I agree, if you don't like your tank, go get a new one. This would make it easier for tanks to get a group, and be an incentive to be a good tank to those that don't always try, like the guy someone who was talking about that would pull, let someone else take first or "crit" hit, then taunt cuz he didn't want to take crits, said he couldn't handle, LOL, laughable.
I think I do a good job maintaining aggro, I'm not going to claim to the best or even one of. But as long as we've got the desired number of mobs, my goal is, and I usually don't let anyone get hit. Unless there's adds, you shouldn't take a hit, I figure out after a little while, how many taunts per mob it's going to take, and then I give out that many taunts, simple. Worst case scenario a mob might start turning, but if I throw the taunt as soon as he starts to turn, you never get hit, simple.
But yes I agree with the other poster, if you don't like the tank you got, get a new one and hope for better. And PLEASE if you like your tank, remember their name next time your looking for one. I've had very few complaints lots of compliments but still have a hard time finding groups at times.
