I used to have a lot of mind and willpower for regen. Also it depends how far you are, I either used the 2hand curved or the powerhammer. The curved uses a lot of action while the PH uses even more health. So you should adjust the appropriate secondary stat to fit your style. :)

If you like to pay, max your mind stats (all 3) and get doc buffs every time, this will work great.
