I was wondering if anyone can tell me how you can tell what you can tame and what you cant. Is it based on ferocity level? or will it say not tameable?
It won't offer you the option to tame it. Not sure what the formula is, but I've never been offered to tame anything over my max level of pets, for starters.
Lol you got the formula right in the ^^^ post. You can't tame something if it is above your ch level for a few reasons.
> It wouldn't follow you or do what you ordered it to do. (hmm... sounds like most teenagers i know)
> You couldn't bring it out once you stored it. If you try to it says "You lack the sufficient skill to tame that creature"
Some ways that you can tell you can tame is to /exam it. somewhere in the box it will show you
Tamable: no/yes
another way you could tell is just to hit the ` key with the creature selected and wait a few seconds. If it brings up the tame option you can tame it (obviously)
Well heres my experinance...Its all based on your max creature level....if you have a max creature level higher then the creature's level you can "try" to tame it....agro will be harder then non-agro and you may not be able to tame them easily if you dont have a high enough modifier to taming agro's
In order to tell a creatures level you need to be at least a master scout...hit the ` key and examine....if your not a master scout it will not show you the ch level (which is silly that a CH cant tell the CH level without being a master scout).
