See, the thing is, all the servers have more or less an equal amount of both kinds of players. People think PPO is the newb server, b/c when you first register your accnt, it shows up as the "suggested" one. Not totally true, but not a lie either. I have chars on all servers, and they have each had their fair share of both breeds of players. But, now, my main is on PPO, and I have found some of the best players I have ever met there, so give it a shot, and see how it goes. But remember, starting at a low level again, youre gonna run into noobs everywhere, but if youre lucky, some cool ppl's alts. So good luck, and hope you make a good choice.
