I was farming the other day and my buddy said that he could take me to a good sport. So i grp with him and he took me to a place called Ankextet Ruins. Every other mob we fought there dropped a weapon with stats, a necklace with +12 str and sta and it was lvl 28. I even found a sword that looked just like Grimblade with 411 dmg and 12 Str which I sold for 100k. Has ne1 else been here and know why so many good items drop?

Yes, I have been there. I made 250k off of 2 hours of farming there. It was like WOAH.
theres also some brown plated armor that drops there, ive been once but didnt do much farming
maybe your friend had an item or something that increases the drop rate of rares (yes, there are some)
more than likely the devs created such good drops because majority of people are in that lvl range. maybe idk
