Mr. Anonymous was dead on. Posting on forums like this are not the best way to get info like what you are looking for. In order for someone to be able to help you, they have to be generally the same race, same class, and close enough in level to remember the info your looking for (not always as some quest are the same for different classes and or races).

The best way to find info for stuff this level is hang around the starting city for your race class. Generally characters around level 15 are still going to be spending a lot of time around the starting city. So I think your best bet would be to hang out for a little while, watch the who list under community on the start menu, and politely say "Hey did you do your 15 quest? can you tell me..."
