I am an archer (or ranger for those of you who aren't accustomed to archer), soon to be lvl 20. I was wondering what is the best looking armour I can wear at this lvl? Also, I will probably get into armour crafting soon, so could any1 tell me what are the best rares for armour crafting? Any help would be appreciated. : )

I'm not sure about the best rares for armor crafting but I don't think you can use them for lvl 20 armor. I dont' armor craft so maybe someone else can answer that for you.
As far as armor in General, if you are almost lvl 20 then you should have your lvl 17 armor from the armor quests. If you haven't done these quests I highly recommend them.

I would find a armour crafter that can craft you some good custom armour.

As a 7 armor crafter, I'd suggest using your quest armor (I'm partial to the green anyhow lol) The only crafted armor level available to you with stats is level 18. If you want nothing but dex, look for a lv4+ armor smith, but be ready with six zoisites (dex gems) The level 28 crafted armor is good, considering your 23 and 25 qst armor is beginning to outdate itself. However, I'd say wearing your 17 qst stuff for the time being.
