Is it necassary to master BOTH Scout and Marksman when working towards Bounty Hunter? Can I surrender my skills after I begin going for Bounty Hunter? Thanks all.
No you have to have both as Master to qualify for Bounty Hunter.
I don't know what would happen if you surrendered one but I would think it would be like surrendering unarmed2 when you had Unarmed4, you would automatically surrender all above it as well.

That sucks and better be worth it! Are we given enough skill points to accomplish this?

You are given enough points to master Scout, Marksman, and BH and then you have a little left. I will be getting Mbh soon...right now I am 4-3-3-4 and have exactly enough points to finish the Master BH and be CH 3-1-1-1.
