my city is at rank 3. it was suppose to update to rank 3 on saturday night but nothing happen. i got no xp for politician also. when i click on city advacnement it says "next city update: error". anyone know what happen

you will have to get hold of a csr as he mentioned and they should be able to fix it for u....
