Kith Griffon RidersFollow

On my way to Sslathis today, I stumbled across Kithicor Forest. There was about 12 tame griffons there, and when I talked to the owner, she said she trains only the finest Kith Rangers to be Griffon Riders. I was wondering if it is possible to actually be able to fly on one of these Griffons, and if so, what it takes to do it.
