Help a Swordswoman out! Scythe Quest Info needed!Follow

I ran into a novice swordsman yesterday weilding the rarest of two handed weapons... THE SCYTHE!! Before I could ask him where he had gotten it, he logged :(

I know the scythe is not a weaponsmith capable weapon (they can't make the suckers yet)so it must be a quest item.

If any of you fine people want to help me out in achieving my FF7 wet dream of running around with the biggest sword (yes it really is that big) please point me in the direction of the quest I need to do.
