Free port faction ratingFollow

Can NE one tell me what I need to kill to gain a better rating with Freeport. I was questing w/ someone at the pilgrim inn, they decided to kill max cooper and that lowered my reating with freeport( I dont remmeber which groups). Now I can no longer coach to freeport or buy anything, get bound, or use the bank. I am DELF and have to run to freeport. What do I need to kill. Thank you for any help.

Definitly orcs, you know, all kinds, hatebones and all. Many many down by FP and even tea garden. you can kill the greens for quick factions.
