limited items?Follow

I know that we are all aware that some so called "rares" drop like crazy while others hardly ever drop, but are there actual rares where only a certain amount of each one exists per server at one time. For example, I have heard so many times that only 21 bloodfur robes, 4 bladeforges, 16 seison robes, 6 scoured chestplates, 19 skyriders helm, etc. can exist per server at one time and the only way they will drop again is if one is accidently destroyed, sold to merchants, or someone quits the game while holding one. Although this idea does seem a bit crazy, one has to wonder if there are limits to certain items that still drop. Obviously items like CV's or two horned rippers are now limited because they no longer drop, but it would be kinda cool if someone could verify whether or these item limits do exist and if so how one could find out the exact quantity of each one. As an oldtimer.... that is a myth... spread by other oldtimys to break the hearts of all others who dont have those items. A really uber item is one that few have. Thatz true. But. Sony will tell yiu that They are very proud that the game is very fair and ballanced towards noobs and vets alike. To limit an item, the way you described is unfair! A peep woulld aquire a rare item and then reach 60, never really returning to play the 60. Now, it means no one else would ever get the chance to aquire said item. Thats not to fair or ballanced.

Logic alone dictates that itz a myth...

This is actually a pretty simple issue. Sony like to anounce the discontinuation of an item when they make updates. Like the all important...."It was never our intent for blah blah blah blah.." Every time they have discontinued the drop of a sweet rare that message has appeared in the messages before entering the game.
