So the last "Post Your UI" thread I saw was from February, and I know some of you have changed your UI more times than your underwear since then.
What type of player are you? Are you the ZOMG! I need all the info at once! type player, or the Everything has a place, and there is a place for everything type player? Do you try to see as much of the world... of warcraft as you can, or do you like hide your surroundings under another DPS meter? Do you go for lightweight add ons, or can any problem be solved by throwing more RAM at it? Which is more important: form or function?
Here is my current incarnation. It was put together with the first priority being clean lines and visual heirarchy. I also wanted something that would transition well between my rogue, my priest in the mid 50s and my 16 druid. If I ever get the energy to get my priest to 70, then I will add things like Grid and Clique.:
Inactive, targeting an NPC. Cooldowns shown between health bars. Buffs in upper right hand corner. Fubar shown simply for illustration (normally hidden).

Highlighting more buffs, bag and waypoint placement. Weapon buffs are below my unit frame. The buttons under the cooldowns are dynamically created buttons for quest items.

In combat. SCT, enemy cast bad on top of their frame (alerts sent to SCT when casting starts). My combo points on them displayed on their name plate (and sent to SCT).

As you can see, there are still some issues to be resolved. The tracking button on the minimap needs to be moved to fubar. The map itself needs to align with something. I am considering moving the map to the upper right and the buffs to the lower right. As it stands now, the buffs feel rather disconnected. I would like them near my nameplate, but I have the weapon buffs under my unit frame, debuffs on my above my unit frame (with additional bars for flight time, casting time, and dot tracking).
I am hoping to take some SS the next time I run 5s. There are some other features not shown that will pop up in Arena.
Here is a (almost complete) list of the add ons I use:
XPerl
Prat
Bartender
Buffalo 2
Cooling 1
Tomtom
WitchHunt
Quartz
Fubar
SimpleMiniMap
Baggins
nQuestLog
GuildFu
HonorFu
QBar
LynStats (slightly modified the LUA here)
DMB (for BG timers)
Control Arena for Arena matches

It is set for 1680x1050. If you have a different resolution, you will need to make some adjustments. Also, it is set around PvP, so there are no raid frames that show up... they are there, but if you want them you have to configure them yourself.
If you don't know how to install a UI comp, try google.
