missing skills, help pleaseFollow

I have visited a few sites, and everyone of them list all the skills/abilities/traits for every class. The usual database site. It seems there are a lot missing skills.

My botanist is now level 11, and i don't have all the following skills listed in those sites :

Level 1 skills/abilities/traits : Green mind, master of timber, Truth of forests, Nophica's ward, Byregot's ward, Brunt force, Ageless words,

Level 5 : Stroke of luck

Why am i missing those skills/abilities/traits ? I am confused. Am i doing something wrong ? I goin menu and i can't just equip them in my slots, because i don't see any of them in the list from action & traits menu.

Please help me. Thank you very much, any info will help, since i am so confused.

There actually guild mark abilities. You can equip them from level 1 but you need to buy em from the guild first. It is hugely confusing when you see them listed on sites admitedly.
