Has anyone encountered any Grade 4 fishing? Ive reached level 20 and grade 3 is still going fine but I've only encountered Grade 3 and Grade 5+ in each of the areas. Figured I would make this post for anyone else that may have trouble finding good spots to fish.

Finally found one in Limsa Lominsa at 32-32 the cliff in Cedar Wood near the Fat Dodos.

According to this sites database for leves, the next levequest location for Rank 30 is Cedarwood.

Great! I found it too, but at lv 23, with a willow rod (best one that I know of so far), I can't catch anything often enough to make it worth leveling there. I catch maybe a crayfish or some moss ever 5-8 casts for 140 skill. At grade 3 salt I reel up a kelp almost every time with little effort for 90. I'm gonna strive for lv25 and try again.
I started this character at the CE launch, and played for about 2 months. Haven't touched it since.
Grade 4 fishing spot can also be found in Cass. Hollow at the lakes.

Yep Been fishing there alot lately. Still on the hunt for a bamboo fishing rod. Fishing is my favorite part of this game by far. Almost level 25!

Grade 4 fishing areas are Humblehearth Aetherial Node in Black Shroud, Nophisca (however it is spelled) well in Thanalan. (South of Camp Horizon) and Cedar aetherial node In La Noscea.
I have been fishing the Thanalan wells area, and get mostly Bone Crayfish (-4 Depth), Crimson Crayfish (-4 depth), and Ala Mhigan Fighting fish (-4 Depth). and less than 5 Monke Onke (-4 depth) from Thanalan, grade 4.
Using Crow Flies in the Thanalan grade 4, a system message appears saying, "The fish seem to be biting on Crow Flies"
