Trying to take Halaa, I found the Wyvern roosts OK, but I've overflown that thing a dozen times, bombing my little head off, and haven't managed to take out a single Alliance guard. Since I can't hover and salvo the bombs, what should I be doing to actually HIT anything?
A shot in the back saves nine.
1) Add the bomb to your action bar. I usually put it in my 1 slot. This allows me to use my mouse to change my PoV and just tap the 1 key to bring up the bomb toggle.
2) Halaa guards have a lot of health. If you're doing it solo it can easily take 20-30 minutes or even more to clear Halaa...that's without any PvP resistance.
3) Posting in general for help can't hurt. Likely, no one will help, but its worth a shot.
And be happy it just missing you have to worry about. Back in my day we had to bomb Halaa with lead weights tied around our wyrvens, who just happened to have nasty ticks and fleas who bit, both ways up hill, in 12 feet of snow, and our clams didn't stack...and we liked it.
