PvP Gear honor pricesFollow

Today my (mostly pvp) mage dinged 60, and I quickly rushed out to buy some new shiny pvp gear. Bought most of the epic level 60 items for her from the Org quartermaster, (all except shoulders and chest, which she has BoA items for). I wanted to run to the other QMs and see what they had to offer, and while I did that I noticed something a bit strange...the PvP gear that the WSG/AV/AB QMs offered was a lot higher priced in honor.

For example, the General's Silk Trousers in Orgrimmar were 125 honor. The ones offered by the WSG QM in the barrens were called Outrider's Silk Leggings, slightly lesser stats, were 1619 honor. Quite a discrepancy.

Is this...working as intended? lol
