It would have been even funnier with Flemish accents, but you barbarians can't understand that.
But here's some Flemish comedy anyway.

Oh so very wrong.

Wait, are you telling me you haven't seen Fargo?

Good God, man. Rectify this problem at once!

More precisely, I wasn't even aware that a movie named Fargo existed prior to you mentioning it.

How could you have missed it?

It won all those awards; like best use of a wood chipper...

I don't watch movies and the last time I've been to a cinema was for The Lord Of The Rings (2003, 2004?)

Sounds about right. I only go when the Mrs. makes me, which is pretty rare since it tends to get me grumpy.

Still Fargo was one of those ones that stood out for whatever reason. Think I saw it back in college, they were showing it during on of those 'movie night' things in the dorm. Also where I saw Clockwork Orange, and How I learned to love the bomb.

Those were good times.

My problem with movies is that they leave so little to the imagination.
A good book makes you imagine the way the characters and environment look and sound, a good photo makes you imagine the story around the moment of the photo, a good song creates an entire new world for me.
A movie just doesn't make me use my imagination as much and that makes a lot of them boring to me.

hmm, that's much better thought out then in my case. Which tends to be a rant about better ways to spend $30...

That too. $30 gets you two tickets to a fun and small band or 3-5 second hand books or 1-4 CD's or a few nice and luxureous home cooked meals for two.

I tend to stay away from movie theatres if I can avoid it. $10 an adult ticket is outrageous, plus if you want any sort of snack, that's easy another $10-20.

Why is theatres considered spelled wrong? Does American spell check not take into account British spellings?

Set your language to British, that gets it to check for the right spelling.

If you have Firefox, you can add the British English dictionary to your spell check here. Or you can look through the whole list on this page and add as many as you'd like.

With as many window lickers there are in the world, nothing is obvious.

I don't think the prostitutes like you licking their windows when they're trying to work. You're scaring the actual customers.

They don't. They especially don't like the free shows either. That's where being fast comes in handy, though it's not too hard to run away with them!
