Is there any way to do it now? Or view scenes of it? Or something?

I second Fishs advice to hunt down all the Lorewalker-related achievements. Don't know how much of that stuff is about the Sha but you get a ton of background to Pandaria and all its inhabitants.

I forgot about these. You will want to go gather them all. Start at the bottom one in Kun Lai, then work your way up and clockwise around Pandaria (it looks like the outline of a bird to me), worked best for me when I did this a few times.

Well the original lore had it that they were too powerful to kill, so they sealed them away. I've never liked the old-gods-as-bosses thing Blizz had going on (particularly not Yogg-Saron, since he was the most powerful of them). But in terms of overall retcons, it's a pretty small one.

I have been reading all those scrolls as I found them.

I don't get why they'd change the zone like that, tbh. I get world growth. And I'm 100% for it.

But you have phasing systems you can use. Systems you used quite a bit all expac. If you're not committed to actually doing what you need to do in changing the game world, then use those.
