1. Logging into Battle.net. I have no clue why, but this has consistently been one of my worst experiences with Blizzard. I have no clue why, but I generally fail 20x before I finally get into the site, using the same login info and my security token. It makes me think my token is faulty, but it has never given me issues in game.

2. Chat support windows that are supposed to open in a new window but don't... even though popups and java are allowed.

3. My life.

At this rate, no.

Chat window still wouldn't spawn despite clearing my cache, and trying it on a different browser.

So now I've been on hold for 15 minutes...

Why is it playing Sweet Home Alabama...

It went from the WoW Taverns track to Diablo music to Sweet Home Alabama...

That's... really weird. Outside of the wait times, I've had nothing but good things to say about Blizzard customer service.

Maybe yer doin' it wrong?

Hmmm... maybe the BNET server is having some trouble? Have you tried going to Customer Support forums and seeing if there are any threads about any BNET login troubles?

Didn't see anything.

But there's a ton of ******** about the ticket times online, and they made a post about long ticket times in the wake of Blizzcon.

I got through this morning, though.

I've never had quite as much altitis in any other game, TOR included. Then again, TOR gave me story content that drove the leveling of each class forward, so leveling something else was actually a sacrifice. :P

But seriously.

Yehoshua - my first Death Knight, level 85
Valfodr - my SECOND Death Knight, level 80
Hiartuar, my Mage, level 82 (got tired of Cata zones second time through and made my Druid)
Amyas, my Druid, level 70 (quit at this point)
Conall, level 51 Shaman.

Thankfully, the rest are sub-20...

...

And the first thing I'm doing is going through all my toons to find the heirloom gear. Because of reasons. Smiley: lol

I'm on the 10 day trial. DO YOUR WORST, WOW.

Do the whole storyline of Jade Forest. They dev team have developed this **** into an artform, and they know exactly what buttons to press and knobs to turn to hook you again.

My DK was in Jade Forest when I logged in, right in that first logging area. I remember being really annoyed last time, because I was getting hit by so many mobs I could barely manage to fight 2 on 1 and get away.

It looks like there are way fewer mobs now, though, so maybe they finally realized that they don't need launch-level mob pops...

In other news, I can't delete either of my stupid Pandaren, because of that stupid lack of mailbox. I get at least 3 pets automatically sent to my mailbox, so I couldn't delete them until I reached Stormwind. Except when I finally reached Stormwind, the heirloom gear still hadn't arrived to my Pandaren...

So now I have to wait for my ticket to be serviced for me to be able to delete them... I'm going to be really annoyed if they tell me I have to complete Wandering Isle on that other Monk, though...

I'm having the opposite problem everywhere I go now - I've been leveling an Alliance character (yeah I know but I have my reasons), and every area from Elwynn to the Outland so far as had me sitting on my bum waiting for respawns because the areas are so overcrowded with players and the quest mobs are always always dead. I think someone got a little too enthusiastic with the server combining. Annoying not just because I'm impatient but because there were some quest lines on that side that I either haven't done in years or have never done, and would have enjoyed, but nothing breaks immersion like Ufartedlolol jumping up and down in circles while everyone stands around waiting for dead mobs to rise again so they can be killed again.

Well if he is in Jade Forrest the respawn rate is going to be toned down considerably to what it was like shortly after launch. It wouldn't have to do with the new merger of servers or anything like that.

Wait. You're saying I should let a little silly thing like staying on topic stop me from adding to my post count with a tangentially related complaint?

Before the first big freeze here at my university they were clearing out the herb gardens and we ended up getting a lot of free basil.

This recipe for basil pancakes sounds intriguing and I really want to try it out. I already made basil scrambled eggs which were awesome.

No love is as eternal as my love for basil.

Just take a fresh tomato (the ONE good thing about living in NJ is fresh Jersey Tomatoes), some good mozzarella (again, buy from a local farmers market - made that morning), a hearty bread, basil leaves, and drizzle with good olive oil and a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar.

No other sandwich comes close...

[EDIT]

While we're on it, anyone have an updated source on heirloom gear. Where/how to get and such?

I know they have gear that works up to 85 now, which is cool, but I can pass on that for the moment. I just want to know what the routes to earning the pieces are, and if they added new slots.

They added pants to the guild heirlooms. That's the only addition I know of. To upgrade, you just purchase the new ones with the old ones and some extra JP.
