And peeps keep saying the game is "too easy".

Not saying YOU ever said that, but I mean many people around the internet, in-game, o-boards, etc saying "OMG THE GAME IS TOO EASY NOW!"

Then I ask em to show me their Heroic Raid achievements and they'll just scoff that off, or they'll shut up. lol. Or they'll say about how that's only for nerds or some kinda cop-out excuse.

While I agree with you insofar that we have really challenging content in form of heroic raidbosses, challenge modes, the highest Brawlers Guild encounter and high-rated PvP, other aspects of the game still feel too easy (to me).
Leveling up is just mind-numbingly boring. I miss the times when there were mobs like Son of Arugal (Curse thee!) that wandered the different zones and always popped up behind you in the least convenient moment. Apart from Fel Reaver I cannot recall anything like that in the current game. And he isn't hard to miss. While it could end up annoying (when you died) it still added a certain thrill to questing. This thrill is gone now.
On PvP servers it still might exist but those are so onesided, most of the time, that one faction almost never gets ganked and the few people that play the other faction spend most of their time in ghostform or in major cities.
