I have over 2000 of the dang things so this change means nothing to me. Sure, my alts don't have a ton of lessers yet but then again, they aren't up to raiding ToT yet either so they are sitting on 9 Mogu runes each just waiting until they can actually use them. The tough part right now is getting a new 90 some of the old greater runes to use in MV and HoF since the best sources of the greater runes now are on Thunder Isle where an undergeared alt can get into trouble very easily. :/

This change is great for newcomers and for people who just don't do dailies at all but for someone like me who uses dailies to generate valor points, it just won't make any real difference.

Sad to read that. It could be something small like the things you spend excess honor on (Motes of Harmony come to my mind) or something similar that would not make it mandatory to have them. Just having them sit there seems a bit like a waste.
I would take a break from dailies but some of them I won't skip until I have all the associated achievements. The moment that is done I will stop doing them. And gladly so.

I'd be down with Lessers being back in my bags and being Account Bound. Heck I would LOVE if Motes of Harmony were account bound. I have other crafting alts that could get a use out of the motes, but I do not plan to level them to farm motes :3

I have guildies who hate questing and doing dailies. They were very mad at having to do dailies to get lessers. Come to think of it I think one still refuses to do dailies and can never do extra rolls (and sadly we have bad drops and he has hardly any upgrades out of raids). So as much as some would like to use them for stuff, there are still people who don't gain them and that would give them a disadvantage (because they to pay $15, and don't want to me told how to play). Can't please everyone :p



Mount up, run around and either: Attack a Rare and/or look for a Golden chest. You are after the purple Key. Do the solo instance and basically just focus on the 1st room, opening ALL the chest you can. By the time you run out of time, you should be 20cap if not 10+
I was doing the above on my DK who hit 90 and only had lv90 PvP Gear. I could then run LFRs and drop extra rolls on every boss.

Since no one wanted to buy 522 epics (or any gear) with the charms no one would be at a disadvantage. But to be able to spend 100 of them and get a stack of ore/cloth/other crafting material would remove the feeling of wasted effort 1k+ unused charms can give when looking at the currency tab.

I don't see why they replaced Lesser->Elder with Lesser->Mogu in the first place instead of adding a choice. It would help get over the ilvl hump for the newer LFR - you can't spend charms/runes if you don't qualify for the Raid Finder yet...
