We have achieved Friday!

WOW: Playtime may be short again. I'd like to keep grinding rep and VP with the Shadow Priest. If I have time to work on an alt, I'll consider the weekend wildly successful.

RL: More time with Pink. She's getting ready to go back to Changsha for awhile, so we have a lot of things to get in order.

Here's hoping that you all have a great weekend!

WoW - keep plugging away on my DK, got him to 67.7 or so, will try to shoot for 70 since I did not get that far last week ... trying to get myself back to valor/rep grinds but can't at the moment, will see what happens.

RL - still watching Grimm and plan to watch a few movies, clean house, laundry, and enjoy the weather outside. My garage is really down to just picking up my tools and cleaning out a few things, so need to get that accomplished and finish tilling/planting flowers and vegetables. Sunday is cook-out with the in-laws and just relaxing.

I would really like to spend more time accomplishing outdoor stuff rather than watching TV or playing games, a lot depends on how my wife feels.

I'd like to get valor capped before the weekend is over. I'm on the Black Prince quest to accumulate 6000 (I think?) valor so I've been working hard to cap it each week. My friend is on the quest too so usually we do Thunder Island dailies every day along with a few LFRs plus our usual bit of raiding. We might be hitting up ToT tonight though I've heard Horridon is pretty hard for guilds that haven't cleared the T14 content so I'm not going to get my hopes up too much.

I've also been working on my ret Pally and getting him into some LFRs and buying VP upgrades. I'm enjoying playing him though I still find the playstyle to be more annoying than my enhancement Shaman main. In my first attempts at LFR last week I was consistently in the top 10 on most boss fights which is awesome considering that his ilevel was the bare minimum to get in and that I'm not totally confident in playing classes other than my main one.

I'd like to work a bit on my 90 Warrior too though I'm still not really sure what I want to do on her. I think I want to get back into tanking since I've never really enjoyed dpsing on her but I'm a bit afraid to dive into tanking when I am not familiar with the tanking portion of the LFR fights. The thought of doing heroics is even worse since I don't know those fights at all having never set foot into any of the MoP dungeons.

I haven't been doing much with the other high level alts lately. I get their farming done and that's about it. The lower level alts are even more neglected. In some ways this is good because it means that I have plenty to keep me busy but I still feel bad that I just don't have the time to do everything that I want to do.

RL - just coasting - doing the usual stuff. Family dinner on Sunday most likely.
Not looking forward to a MUGA scan next Tuesday though the results are likely to be fine as usual for me. I have a treatment on Friday and those usually go fine once they find a usable vein (not easy).

Whew, let's see...

Not much alone time this weekend, as the girlfriend is visiting... or rather I'm picking her up, and driving her back after. So I have a good 7 hours or so of driving throughout the weekend. Joy...

So, not many plans for games. I've finished the DLC for ME3, but still have about three main missions left to do. My drive to complete the game has been slighted since I completed Citadel though, so I've been working on my Skyrim stuff... very nostalgic! I've hardly even touched the DLC (Dawnguard and Dragonborn), though I keep getting attacked by vampires. Annoying, that.

RL: Drive to Orlando tonight to meet up with my girlfriend and some of her cousins. Her youngest cousin turns 18 today so we're going out to celebrate... Brazilian barbecue seems to be the consensus. Then out to dessert, then maybe a club... going to be a late night, especially since it's about 90 minutes there and back. Not sure what we're doing tomorrow... I'm thinking Tampa aquarium or maybe the zoo. We've already done both the Ren Festival and Busch Gardens... I'm leaning more toward the aquarium just because Busch Gardens is practically part-zoo anyway. We'll see though! Unless we want to eat out I'm planning on slow-cooking a good meal while we're out during the day. Sunday I want to go to church, but it's a little difficult to invite a Baptist to a UU service... now that I'm all that comfortable with the UU stuff either, but I do want to keep going for the community. And then that afternoon/evening I'll drive her two hours up to Gainesville, and then 2 more hours back. Yeeeesh. So much driving!

Huh. This is only the second time I've sat down in front of my pc in days. Today is the 8th day of my feeling like crap warmed over. I don't wish this on anybody else, wow. I'm just going to stare at my monitor mostly lol.
If I log into the game, I'll probably find something mindless to do. Herbing, mining, dailies etc. I wouldn't wish me onto any dungeon party or raid for a few days yet.
Have a good weekend all, and prepare for spring snow on Sunday. Can't wait to see what Easter is like. Smiley: rolleyes

WoW - 80.7 DK level to 82 maybe. I'd like to tank a few dungeons, but my knowledge/memory of Cata dungeons is not too good. Also, I think I'm going to start a panda of some sort, probably heals oriented. So, I'll see how many levels I can plow through.

RL - not too much. Going out of town next week, so spend time with the wife is definitely on the agenda. Wear out the dog a few times, since he'll miss me next week. Lady regular season game (hockey) on Sunday night.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

A little late to be posting, but as I have tomorrow off too...

RL: Shopping, seeing friends, reading The Wise Man's Fear. Excessive amounts of laundry, unfortunately.

Gaming: Idk, maybe some gaming, maybe not. If I do, it'll probably be Trine or whatever I happen to feel like playing. A match or two of DOTA2, perhaps.

Related: It's kind of a maintenance week for me. Body, Phone, and PC--the trifecta.

Totally OT here, but I'm a huge fan of Rothfuss, so want to share his blog.
