Weekend GoalsFollow

Friday afternoon here, I'm going to post this a bit early since RL is apt to be a bit hectic this weekend!

WOW: Yikes! I'm not sure I'll be able to accomplish much of anything. Hopefully, I can get on for a bit and work on my Horde Warrior.

RL: I'm about to dash out the door to lay in supplies for the upcoming holiday chaos. Pink has staked out tonight and Saturday. We're having a quiet celebration of my 53rd year; I wasn't supposed to make it past 50, so apparently the change in lifestyle has worked. The big celebration is being lumped in with things on Saturday night, that's Chinese New Year and the kick off for Spring Festival -- the holiday behind WoW's Lunar Festival. Much like WoW's holiday, there will be tons of fireworks, lasting for weeks. I expect to see fewer anthropomorphic cows, but there will be cartoon snakes everywhere to usher in the Year of the Snake. Everyday life comes to a screeching halt for several days, with many small business closing and even large stores cutting back on hours. Thus, the shopping run. If I don't load up on stuff, I'm going to be living on tuna and McDonalds for a few days.

Weekday reflections: I didn't get much time on the Warrior. I spent most of my time on the Monk and got him to just short of 80. My plan is to ding him to 80 to kick off my birthday weekend.

WoW: Very few goals, as I'll be occupied with RL stuff for most of the weekend. Plan on getting a few hundred VP so I can buy another piece of gear. VP gets converted to JP come 5.2, so I figure I'd better spend it ASAP so I don't get caught unaware!

RL: Have a lady friend coming to visit this weekend. We'll be headed to the state fair on Saturday, and Busch Gardens Sunday. If I can rope her into going, I'd like to try a UU church nearby that I've been too nervous to attend so far

WoW: Will try and decide whether or not I want to buy the expansion. Leaning towards yes, assuming I can get a decent deal on it. In the meantime there's old raids to solo, alts to try and figure out and pets to battle.

RL: Xin Nian Kuai Le and stuff. We'll be busy doing family things mostly. Also meeting a realtor tonight to look at some houses. We may have the kids in tow, so it could get very interesting...

Done painting, doors are installed, stuff was put back or tossed by Monday this week. GF is working this weekend so I'll have time to play.
The issue is... play what lol.
Having a blast with FF: Dimensions on my iPad, so many memories. All I need is my mom yelling at me that dinner is ready, while I panic looking for a save point. In WoW, my brother is planning guild events this weekend, so I think I'll be participating, but I have no idea what he's doing yet. So aside from that, the usual of herbing, mining, dailies, and maybe working on a few quests for Loremaster which I never finished.
