Damnit Someproteinguy! You had to say something didn't you. 
Edit: Two words, boring and uninspiring. Fairly monotonous tones that make the gameplay seem boring. Try sounding like you have more character than a 1x4 and add commentary other than mumbles and pure filler talk.

oh ok soz i wasnt used to talking while recording so i was mumbling
it will change over the next few parts but 1-3 where in one sitting

You know how people say that mostly kids play WoW? Well the voice overs would easily confirm those suspicions.
Successful Let's Play videos all have one thing in common: the person playing has verbal diarrhea. You need to let your mouth run for 30 minutes at a time, talking about nothing and everything, focusing on the important aspects of the game and filling the pauses with funny.
I'm not going to tell you to stop making those videos, but I'd ask you to watch some LP videos from "professionals" and take notes. Watch some of TotalBiscuit's "WTF is..." videos and Jesse Cox's "OMFGCata" Let's Play videos.
Now, if you're going to do co-op Let's Play videos, watch some of these. Two dudes rolling around in a game, unable to do anything right, but it's still very entertaining.

Pretty much what Maz said. You got to devolope what you are and work with it.
Also since you are open to criticism and obviously speak English enough to do Youtube videos...
"ty thanks" is equivalent to saying "thank you thanks" which just sounds pants-on-head bad.

Parts 2 is up by the way. As I said before part 1-3 were did in one sitting so they are all kinda bad. Here is the link
