Our regular hosts are obviously off cavorting again! Since it is already Tuesday here, I'm going to do an Al Haig.

WOW: Yay! The not quite Thanksgiving holiday gave me a reason to ding levels on various alts. I made a level each on the Shadow Priest and Warlock. The Shaman made it to 60 and the Monk needs to turn in some quests to ding 62.

RL: Pink pampered the daylights out of me. Last week she got to indulge her fetishes, this week she made sure to remind me that she is a fine cook and can make effective plans (something of a rarity here).

This weekend was a very pleasant success! May yours have treated you at least as kindly.

RL - saw Twilight as stated, was meh and and par for the course with the rest of the movies, cleaned and shopped, was a nice weekend overall. Also bought Black Ops 2 and got to try out, a little disappointed in it but not bad

WoW - actually was able to play some and got my paladin from 50 to 63.5, still about 10 levels behind my wife's shaman. Will continue to level this weeke and some this weekend

Sorry keep forgetting to post in the weekend stuff so I post here.

WoW - Didn't play much this weekend. Been leveling a warrior since I never have gotten one past mid 40's.

RL - Picked up some other games, like Metro 2033. Overall a fun game but the escort missions can eat donkey poo. At the silo and having to escort an npc through bomb balls with low ammo since there is beans for ammo refill. All I can say is "RAGE!".
-Had a stray dog show up at my doorstep Friday night and I decided to give it a warm home to stay in until today when I could get a hold of the humane society. Sweet dog but too energetic for me.

RL dominated the weekend with moving furniture and removing wallpaper. OLD wallpaper that my gf's grandmother must've put up in 1970. Walls that weren't prepped for it either. Used a lot of bad language.
Took breaks and sat at my desk, staring at the wow log in screen. Didn't really feel like it, so did some mindless herbing on my priest.
Thus was my weekend. Smiley: frown

Well Driftwood usurped my position on Friday so in protest I didn't post a goals thread. I figured he would post the summary thread as well. I also feel weird posting the summary thread when I didn't post the goals thread.

I never did start on my Horde scribe, but as seen in my other thread, my Horde Monk is now 85!

I did some dailies when I could, but otherwise didn't really have time to do much other than trying to bump these monks up into Cataclysm levels. Mom's characters are starting to fall behind, I need more time to actually help her with that lol.

RL: Spent most of it with RL stuff... always fun to have a girl over for the weekend Smiley: blush

But I did manage to solo MC, like I wanted. I also managed to finish up Fish Fellreed's reputation, which makes me best buddies with all the Tillers. Achievement, ho!

Won't have much time to play during this week despite having two days off; I'll be at home visiting the 'rents for Turkey Day. Managed to get the Terrokar Turkey achievement done today, and got 4/8 rifles I need for the Turkey Lurkey achievement. That'll be my weekend goal. Also, another MC run, and a BT run for reputation. Combining the 8th anniversary and the 10% rep Thanksgiving buff will be awesome... assuming they do stack.

RL: Received a payout from the content farm, which means that they do pay out and aren't a fly-by-nighter. A lady who has worked for the American branch of the content farm says she's been writing for it for three years without a single payoff hitch in all that time. If there is enough work, which there has always turned out to be so far, I am projected to haul in about $125 a week from the content farm on a regular basis. That's a pretty nice little part-time job for writing what amounts to SEO trash that I can fire off in five minutes per article, or seven minutes if some research is required. I estimate that, off-and-on over the course of an average day, I'll be working about two to three hours a day or 15-18 hours a week and making about 6.5K a year. It supplements my regular income and student grants very, very nicely and meets the part-time work requirement associated with the student grants even better. I couldn't be happier.

WoW: my Garona server 'lock, whose name I keep forgetting, dinged 10 and naturally went Destro. I was going to PvP her right away, but a kind person on this forum discouraged me, so all she's doing is questing in order to level and farming skins and herbs for AH purposes. She will be the moneybags and mats toon for other clothies on that server. I can't decide what to roll next. It coould be a hunter or a dpriest or spriest. I'm not in any particular hurry because, thanks to the 8th anniversary XP buff, my lock is only about to start the Gol'bolar quests, which normally get started around level 8 or 9, and she's nearly 11. She should make mincemeat of any of the usual three-mobs she'll encounter down in the cave. Fun fun fun.
