with this whole shooting match. Whenever I log on and only have a few minutes here or there, I will go out into Elwynn Forest and try to capture rare vanity beasties while also levelling all of my current battle pets. I'm currently working on levelling any pets that don't have a rarity or only have 1 available rarity. Most of these are pets you can buy or get from holidays or events. Any caught pets, if I don't have a rare of the lowest level possible, I'm not levelling it until 5.1 when the new items come out, since the way to get a level 25 pet with the best stats is to get it as a rare at the lowest level possible and level it to 25.
The funniest thing about all of this is that I HATED Pokemon the few times I've played it.
Anybody else as enamored with these little critters (and flying, and aquatic, and undead...) as I am?
Edit: I forgot to post my progress. Currently, I've really only ventured into Elwynn to try and capture pets. I've fought the trainers in Elwynn, Westfall, and Redridge, but haven't done my pet capturing there yet. As far as Elwynn goes, I only need to capture a rare Squirrel and a rare Cat and I can move onto Westfall. The cat could be kind of difficult, cause only 1 spawns near the Crazy Cat Lady's house and it's almost always uncommon.
