Looking for realm suggestionsFollow

Hey guys its nathanabc4 here,
Does anyone know of any good pvp realms that focus more on PvE and world pvp more than arena's, I would like the realm to be balanced between horde and alliance and i dont want an extremely high population where there is a wait time to play. I love arenas and all i have a rogue on tichondrius and i do the annual arena tournament so i have nothing against arenas :)! I just dont want my other toons on a straight up pve server!

I would appreciate if somone knew any realm like this or close to this!
