wPvP battles while leveling my rogue to 90 first will be awesome.
World PvP and leveling brings back memories of Hellfire Peninsula and Vashj'ir. Complete cluster@#%^ for the first couple of weeks. Literally could not finish a single quest there because I got jumped by gangs of enemy players.

I understand why people are a bit weary after the teleportation fest that was the last 2/3 of Cataclysm, but knowing that it went that way because all resources were pumped into MoP Titan puts me at ease.
There, fixed. The reason Cataclysm has sucked harder than the vacuum of deep space is because Blizzard moved their A-Team developers to the Titan project. The remaining B-Team, which apparently consists of people who have never played the game, then had to split their time between providing more content for the active subscribers and create an easter egg of unprecedented proportions. Since the latter is more funztiems, we ended up with an acute lack of stuff to do. Good times.
And I know that Blizzard's official statement is that no one left the development team except for the code monkeys, but anyone who's played the game for the last couple of expansions knows that something happened between late Wrath and Cataclysm launch. The developers didn't listen to the beta feedback, didn't manage to complete the major revamp of the combat system (triage healing), leaving it in a severe state of retardation (healed like in Vanilla, took damage like in Wrath).
And then came the class balancing, or lack thereof. Frost Mages were given a hilarious amount of roots/stuns and Feral Druids, the previous hard (and only) counter to Frost Mages, had their root-breaking removed - after seven years of that functionality being in the game. I've seen 10-year-olds do better math than that.
The entire expansion seemed like it was developed by a bunch of developers who either didn't know sh*t about the game, or didn't give a sh*t about the game. Still haven't figured out which it is.
And while I thoroughly enjoyed the talent revamp on my Warlock, it felt like a kick to the groin on many of my other classes. My Druid now has to choose between previous core abilities and several old-time abilities have been renamed for no apparent reason (Bash > Mighty Bash). And Feral Druids, after seven, or eight, years in the game, are now split into Ferals and Guardians. I don't dislike the playstyle of Guardian and Feral, but the division of the spec is retarded - especially since a lot of abilities are missing from both forms depending on your spec (Bear is useless for Ferals, Cat is useless for Guardians).
I don't care about Pet Battles and Farm... thingy. They can put as many pop culture references in the game as they want, in my opinion, as long as I am not forced to use them. It's just not enough for me to continue playing this mess. I don't mind the stuff, it's just not enough to get me back into it.
Have fun in Pandaria!
Edit: Sorry if this comes off as another "oh Maz, ranting about them Druids again" post, but it
is my main class and this last content patch broke it. Not that I can't still tank or deal damage, but they removed so many things from each form that the versatility is gone. There's no reason to shapeshifting anymore, which sort of breaks the class in a horrible way.
